Clear and transparent terms for Mobile App, Website, and Full Platform development at LaunchBitz (launchbitz.site).

01. Milestone Payment Structure

For all Mobile App, Website, and Full Platform development packages, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate UI/UX design and coding. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion before final source code handover and production deployment.

Mid-Project Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel an active development project after work has commenced, a 35% deduction applies to cover engineering hours and design work already invested.

02. Source Code & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed package price, the client receives 100% ownership of the custom source code, database schema, and deployed application assets.

03. App Store & Play Store Publishing

We provide full technical support and testing to get your mobile application approved on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Clients must ensure their app content adheres to standard Google and Apple legal policies.

04. Post-Launch Support & Revisions

Every package includes free technical support for the duration specified on the package card. Additional new modules or major scope additions requested after final sign-off are quoted separately after a free consultation.
